Key Responsibilities:

1.   Work with service line leaders/department heads and administrators to prepare budget and budget revisions.

2.   Prepare monthly budget vs. actual spending report for responsible service lines/departments, find out the reasons of difference and come up with suggestions.

3.   Periodically review pricings for existing products for responsible service lines and consider adjustments according to cost structure changes and/or market change.

4.   Suggest pricing for new products for responsible service lines through cost analysis and market research.

5.   Assist department heads to better understand their spending so that to apply cost control.

6.   Prepare financial analysis based on business cases to assist senior management’s decision making.

7.   Other tasks allocated by the line manager.

Requirements

1.  3-5 years working experience as business analyst in a multinational company, has strong incentive to learn new things and is able to adapt to new environment quickly

2.  Detail oriented, can work under pressures

3.  Good skills in using Microsoft office (especially EXCEL and PPT)

4.  Be able to communication in English fluently

5.  University graduate, major in accounting, economics, finance or related areas.

6.  Experience in healthcare industry will be a plus
