ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Invoice verification for both employee claim and 3^rd party payment. Ensure it’s in line with company policy and tax regulation.

2. Ensure AP related documents are posted accurately and timely.

3. Coordinate with accounting firm/internal customer, and ensure payment is processed timely.

4. Month end accrual preparation.

5. Monthly spending report preparation and analysis.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Good interpersonal and communication skill

Self motivated and able to work under pressure

Good team player.

Education or Experience (in years):

Bachelor’s degree or above.

At least 2 years’ working experience in finance/accounting

Knowledge and skills:

Good in English for both oral and written.

Good excel skill, and SAP experience would be a plus
