工作职责:

Our global Logistics team is seeking a motivated, experienced, and knowledgeable Director of Warehouse Operations to oversee warehouse operations in China. You will work cross-functionally with Global Supply Management, Logistics, Material Planning, Production Control, Finance, Quality and Facilities to oversee and direct Wish’s priorities through a 3PL managed external warehouse.

Responsibilities:

-Direct and manage the operations of Third Party Logistics (3PL) external warehouse, including container management, dock receiving, uncrating & repackaging, inventory management, JIT/JIS to line side.

-Negotiate contract terms with prospecting 3PL partnerships. Foster strong relationships with 3PL providers of warehouse services including adherence to contract terms, levels of service, and obtaining best value for Wish.

-Directly support factory production by supervising, optimizing, and troubleshooting the efficient and accurate flow of products.

-Proactively monitor indicators of warehouse health, anticipate problems, engage directly with HQ when necessary to support urgent product flow needs.

-Implements systems, process, configurations, and change/optimization projects in accordance with plans. Participate in project definition, scoping, and option analysis activities.

-Maintain a safe work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, including actively coaching 3PL personnel and visitors to quickly address safety issues and concerns.

-Work with IT and control department to define logistics execution system (LES) or the warehouse management system (WMS).

-Work with packaging engineers on package proposal validation and optimization.

-Foster a professional, respectful, and welcoming work environment, while maintaining Wish’s standards for personal and operational excellence.

-Perform, direct, and review root cause and corrective action analysis of part shortage, near miss, and other system and process failures to ensure continuous improvement and learning.

Responsibilities:

-8+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/or evidence of exceptional ability.

-Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.

-Ability to write, speak, and present effectively in English and Mandarin.

-Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously; ability to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity.

-Self-driven initiative to gain and implement a broad knowledge of warehousing and supply chain best practices.

-Exceptional project and system management skills.

-Passionate and high energy, possessing the diplomacy and cooperative style to positively influence outcomes.
