Key Accountabilities主要职责：

1. Execution of application engineering activities for “Large Size Bearings” in China

2. Build up local technical service competence for OEM and after market

3. Coordinate technical activities between customer technical team and the technical team in Europe

4. On site project support for new applications or projects

5. Customer relationship management with customer technical departments

6. Providing on-site technical support and service for customers

7. Contributing to control the technical risk and resolve quality problems at customer end

8. Membership of product launch team. Participation during the instruction of new products

9. Optimize the technical roadmap“Large Size Bearings” in China

10. Creation of technical documents for customer-support

11. Generate trainings of applications and products and deliver trainings to sales and customers

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求

1. Bachelor degree or above; Major in Mechanical related field

2. Profound knowledge of bearings including working experience of at least 4 years; knowledge of wind turbine is preferred

3. working experience as technical management for more than 4 years

4. Knowledge of bearing design, calculation, simulation FEM

5. Good written and spoken English

6. Team management and change management

7. Technical communication and negotiation skills;

8. Proficient computer skills, technical calculation tools, MS office package;
