工作要求，

1、负责备件的报价，销售订单等单据的接收、审核、录入、账目的管理；

2、负责日常订单相关的客户问题进行解决处理；

3、备件发货安排、缺货跟催、客户款项核对、客户管理系统的日常维护等；

4、销售数据的统计与报告；

5、配合区域销售人员及部门销售主管，完成年度备件销售目标及提高服务满意度；

6、积极主动完成领导安排的工作任务。

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，熟练运用office办公软件；

2、有相关销售助理工作经验或SAP使用经验的优先考虑;

3、具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，积极主动地协调处理客户的要求；

4、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；

5、具有团队服务精神。
