Key/Essential Responsibilities: ？ Identifying the problems and/or needs through F2F communication and discussion with (new and existing) customers, to develop the solution concept and to validate its value to the targeted customers; ？ Leading the full life cycle of the project from business ideation, feasibility study, business design, market testing to commercialization, based on the defined Stage-Gate process; ？ Forming the Strategy of the identified business opportunity, defining clear CVP (Customer Value Proposition), sustainability/competitiveness, and scalability for the new business, and building a appropriate business model, financial model and go-to-market strategy; ？ Identifying the appropriate business recourses and partners within the designated budget, and orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to ensure both internal and external parties are able to complete the incubation on time; ？ Project management including quality control and change management of ongoing projects; prepare and provide business/project update timely to BIC HQ and management; ？ Developing an external partnership and ecosystem with governments, enterprises, universities/research institutions, innovation incubators, start-ups and venture capitalists, to expand BIC China’s network; ？ Proactively assist in the management of BIC China’s portfolio, while reporting to Senior Managers and above; ？ Assist in the management and delivering of large projects; ？ Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues. Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Mechanical Engineering, Software App. Professional ＜Required＞ ？ More than 5 years of business development or marketing experience in the field of ICT, robotics, artificial intelligence and/or digital solution (DX); ？ Proven track record of business development to launch a new services in the market; ？ Having a vertical market insight to drive the communication with customers; ？ Continuous curiosity on new technologies and business models to learn; ？ Ability to think as start-ups owners to develop unique value propositions of innovation projects; ？ Proven project management skills and the ability to articulate complex innovation ideas to different type of audiences; ？ Exceptional all-around English communication capabilities (written, listening, and verbal) and outstanding presentation skills; ？ Good team player with strong pro-active attitude is a must; ？ Fluent in MS Words, Excel, and Power Point. ＜Desired＞ ？ Work experience in corporate innovation centers, innovation accelerators/ incubators or start-ups; ？ Professional in necessary innovation approaches/ methodologies, e.g. Design Thinking and Lean Start-up, agile development, etc.
