工作描述：

1.安全工作符合现场EHS标准；

2.创新设计新产品、配方和测试方案，以支持涂层/粘合剂和其他工业应用开发；

3.开发适用于涂层/粘合剂和其他工业部门的广泛环氧树脂平台化学；

4.规划和执行实验室项目，从客户需求的定义到新产品的扩大和商业化的协助；

5.有效管理多个项目，确保目标和可交付成果与业务和市场需求保持清晰一致；

6.与市场营销和业务职能部门密切合作，确保项目协调一致，满足客户/市场需求；

7.使用项目管理方法记录和沟通项目更新和执行项目；

8.为销售和营销提供技术数据和文献,作为新产品和现有产品的技术资源；

9.保持知识产权意识，初始和支持知识产权归档。

任职要求：

1.能够安全地在实验室工作；

2.化学或高分子科学博士学位，至少有5年的化学工业经验；

3.熟悉聚合物合成和/或乳液；

4.能够同时优先考虑和处理多个项目，并在跨职能团队环境中工作；

5.***、富有创造力和创新精神；

6.良好的沟通能力，包括普通话和英语的书面和口头交流。

优先资格：

1.了解项目管理方法、六西格玛、DOE；

2.具有高度技术好奇心的自我激励型个人；

3.测试方法设计和开发经验。

Senior R&D Scientist

Job Description:1.Creative design of new products, formulations and test protocols in support of coating\adhesive and other industrial application developments.

2.Planning and execution of laboratory projects, from definition of customer needs through assistance with the scale-up and commercialization of new products.

3.Close collaboration with marketing and business functions to ensure that projects are aligned and meet customer/market needs.

4.Provide technical data and literature for sales and marketing.

5.Serve as a technical resource for new and existing products.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1.Doctor degree major in Chemistry or Polymer Science, with at least 5 years of chemical industry experiences.

2.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a cross-functional team environment;

3.Good communication skills including written and verbal in Mandarin and English.

4.Understanding on Project Management methodology, Six Sigma, DO;

5.Experience with testing method design and development.
