Business Development Manager -Semiconductor& AI

业务开发经理（人工智能&半导体）

You need to—— (你需要做的是——)

Support GM to finish the BD assignments, and following is the detailed responsibilities:(具体职责如下：)

？ Establish a close connection between operation department of customer, actively develop the strategic cooperative partnership with target customer/potential customer (与客户的业务部门建立紧密联系，积极发展与目标客户/潜在客户的战略合作关系)

？ Business development, improve the marketing reputation of our company in semi-conductor & AI.(拓展业务，提升公司在半导体&人工智能领域的市场认知度)

？ Analyze the work in related industries, mining the potential customers.(进行相关产业/行业分析，挖掘潜在客户)

？ Maintain the requires of potential customers in a long term, expanding potential customers in the field of semi-conductor & AI by several channels.(长期维护潜在客户需求, 通过各种不同渠道开拓领域内潜在客户)

？ Understand the up-to-date technical tendency and requires by various forums. (通过各种行业论坛活动，了解市场***动向，需求)

？ Assist GM to find the development direction of futuret. (协助GM去发现未来市场发展方向)

？ Collection, analysis and summary of the industry knowledge.(行业知识的收集，整理与总结)

We expect you——(我们期待的你——)

？ 1-2 years’ experience in sales. Familiar with semiconductor & AI will be our priority. (1-2年销售行业的经验，熟悉半导体&人工智能行业等优先考虑）

？ Industry investment experience is preferred.（产业投资经验者优先考虑）

？ The person with strong enterprise and impetus who has a sales temperament to communicate with others will be preferred. ( 有销售型气质，有冲劲和胆识，有事业心，热爱交际沟通者，优先考虑）

？ Good execution ability, have great responsibility, able to work under high pressure (良好的执行力，成熟稳重，能够承受较大的工作压力，具有高度的责任感)

？ Strong written and oral expression ability, Positive working attitude (有较强的文字和口头表达能力，工作积极主动)

？ Strong analysis and judgment ability, learning and strong adaptability (较强的分析和判断力，学习、适应能力)

？ Good oral and written English(良好的英语基础)
