Main functions (or responsibilities)

• Manage technology expertise through competences development & sharings
• Develop new Products & Processes, which means pilot projects portfolio (including global projects and local projects) and manage global projects.
• Define the technology roadmap of related techno platform and responsible for the implementation of the roadmap
• Define R&D CAPEX/OPEX needs for the platform
• Is responsible for the scientific reporting of his/her platform

Key technical requirement

• Master degree or above, PhD preferred. Major in Polymer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10~15 years’ experience on Silicones RTV-1（单组份室温硫化硅橡胶） formulation development
• Strong leadership with sound team management experience
• Familiar with main applications of RTV-1 Silicones in construction and electronic domain
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Familiar with multicultural working style with experience in multinational company
• Comfortable with matrix reporting and coordination
• Willing to have cross zone travel
