职位描述：

1. 参与物流平台的架构设计、平台建设、关键系统实现，通过平台化、数字化、智能化手段实现客户价值，引领行业技术发展；

2. 关键技术攻坚项目的带头人，疑难问题的终结者；

3. 能为团队引入创新的技术和方案，用创新的思路解决问题，能对现存或未来系统进行宏观的思考，规划形成统一的框架、平台或组件；

 

职位要求：

1. 计算机相关专业本科或以上学历，8年以上架构设计/团队管理/核心系统开发经验；

2. Java基础扎实，对设计模式、面向对象设计、领域建模等有深刻理解；

3. 熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，对分布式理论、云化架构、常用中间件等理解其原理、机制和适用场景，有设计和实现高并发、高性能、高可用、易扩展系统的经验；

4. 创业心态和强烈的Ownership，良好的系统化思考能力，沟通协作能力，抗压能力；

5. 有物流或者供应链领域经验者优先，有IoT、智能算法经验者优先，主导过大型平台建设者优先；
