Job Responsibilities:    

1. Answer the English calls from institutional clients or through the on-line service system to solve the client problems.

2. Responsible for daily translation in office.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Good communication skills.   

2. Fluent in written and verbal English, CET 8 is preferred.  

3. Service Consciousness.

4. Competency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

5. More than one year experience in financial derivatives is preferred.

6. Professional spirit and subjective initiative.

工作职责：

1. 接听机构客户英语来电或通过在线客服系统，解决客户问题

2. 负责办公室日常翻译工作

3. 完成上级交派的日常工作

入职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，具有良好的沟通能力

2. 具有流利的英语口语能力和书写能力，英语八级者优先

3. 具备服务意识

4. 熟练使用办公软件

5. 一年以上金融衍生品相关工作经验者优先

6. 有敬业精神，具备主观能动性
