Job Description:

1 . Be in charge of  high speed cable manufacturing process, such as extrusion, cabling and braiding, jacketing process and so on;

2 . Establish new product process and continuously improve the existed and new process;

3 . Deal with the producing problem to improve the quality and production efficiency and lower the scrap; 

4 . Work with QA team to solve complaint from customers and deal with quality issues;

5.  Work with the whole engineering team to solve process issues；

6 . Handle documentation and modification of the production process to ensure the process documents are correct and updated in time;

7 . Train the new staff and supervise the process discipline;

8 . Other temporary work assigned by the leader.

Core competencies:

1.  Be familiar with the production process of the cable;
2.  Well understand the cable design and the development procedure;
3 . Know the technical reform of the producing equipment;
4 . Basic skill in oral and written English;
5 . More than 3 years in cable industry.
