Responsibilities:

• maintain data standards, write database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata)
• develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans, carry out capacity planning
• Assist trading team on developing trading strategy.
• monitor performance and manage parameters of database in order to provide fast responses to traders.
• refine the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model
• Work with fund manager, traders, fund administrator, and fund custodian on daily trades.

Skill sets:

• Intelligence and diligent, 0-3 years of experience in finance or IT.
• Native in Mandarin, fluent in English is a plus.
• Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design, mysql is a must
• Experience in digital asset and trading is a bonus.
• Excellent team working skills and communication skills.
• Enjoy working with a lean team in a fast-paced environment.

Education：

• Tier 1 universities from Shnaghai.
• Degree in Computer science, Data science, Finance, Math or similar degree.
• Undergraduate or above.
