职位概述：
在销售经理的管理下，全面负责指定客户的相关事务，并代表公司处理与客户相关的所有事宜。

工作任务：
1.协助销售经理制定中长期销售&市场策略及实施计划，积极拓展业务
2.确定年度销售预测，洽谈商务合同
3.负责客户的销售订单、交货，服务，成品库存和应收帐款；
4.收集所有与客户、市场和竞争行业相关的数据；向公司管理层提出建议及相关行动计划
5.与产品开发部密切合作，寻求增长的机会，向客户介绍新产品；
6.进行市场调查和分析，制作年度、月度销售报告和市场分析报告等

人员需求：
1.本科/或本科以上，材料科学工程专业或相关专业优先
2.具有良好的金属（铝合金优先）加工或应用知识的优先
3.5年以上工作经验, 3年销售工业产品及一定的销售管理经验，具汽车行业销售经验者优先
4.能够在压力下，在快速发展的公司和行业中发挥绩效
5.在跨文化制造型企业的经验为优先
6.正直，坦诚，有预见能力
7.良好的管理才能及团队合作能力
8.高度自我激励, 能够采取主动, 独立工作
9.良好的人际关系和沟通技巧
10.英文口语和书面语流利
11.计算机运用良好，特别是MS Office
12.愿意经常出差

Job Summary：
Under the supervision of Sales Manager, take fully responsibility for assigned customer accounts and representing the company at customers for all issues;

Job Tasks ：
1.Assist Sales Manager to develop sales & Marketing long-term strategy and implementation plans to expand business;
2.Make annual sales forecast, and negotiate the contracts with customers
3.Responsible for customers’ sales orders, on-time delivery, service, finish goods inventory and A/R collection;
4.Collect all related data regarding customers, market and competitions; provide advises and actions plans to top management
5.Work closely with Product Development team in identifying growth opportunities and
introducing new product at customers;
6.Make market investigation and analysis and annual & monthly sales and market analysis report;

Job Specification：
1.Bachelor Degree or above，In Material Science & Engineering or related field preferred
2.Good knowledge of Metal (Aluminum Preferred) product application;
3.5+ years of working experience with minimum 3 years in industrial sales and certain sales management skill, preferable in automotive industry;
4.Able to perform under pressure in a fast growing company and industry;
5.Experience in multi-culture manufacturing company is a plus;
6.Open, honest and proactive;
7.Strong management skill and a good team player;
8.Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently
9.Good inter-personal and communication skills; Creative and flexible
10.English efficiency, both spoken and written;
11.Good computer skill, especially MS office;
12.Willing to travel frequently;

13.Cantonese is highly preferred.
