Job Description:

1. The Quality Manager will manage quality systems, processes, and procedures to assure product safety and quality by driving business alignment to correct industry requirements and business objectives by managing quality system design, controls, and continuous improvement.

2. Accountable for assisting the Quality Assurance Site Manager to ensure/follow up/implement corrective actions that are raised by deviations, internal audit or regulatory inspection

3. Responsible for managing quality systems, processes and procedures to assure product quality and safety

4. Responsible for engaging strong departmental and cross-functional/organizational relationships to drive Quality System Requirements

5. Owns the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for departmental functions

6. Provides leadership and facilitates problem resolution, resource utilization, career counseling, coaching and mentoring of team members

7. Influences site compliance to Quality policy, Quality Management System procedures, for example: TS16949 certification.

8. Other jobs as assigned by Plant Manager;

任职要求：

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical or automotive engineering

2. 8 years plus working experience in automotive components manufacturing enterprises, with 5 years supervisory/managerial experience

3. Veteran of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and ISO/TS16949

4. Good knowledge of SPC, MSA, 8D, gage calibration and measurement.

5. Good logic sense in specific understanding, drawing specifications

6. Knowledge of EMS system.

7. Good English and Chinese communication and presentation skills

8. Proficiency in PC software and MS-office suites, email and etc.

9. Basics knowledge and skills in budgeting and expenses control

10. Good people skills, project management skills, and critical problem solving skills
