职责：

·       企业电脑标准化装机

·       为高通本地用户提供相应的IT技术支持，解决用户的问题，致力于提高用户对IT服务的整体满意度

·       能积极配合国外相关IT部门对于诸如微软Windows桌面系统，Office办公软件及企业局域网等问题的支持

·       负责资产管理，技术文档整理，电脑软硬件故障支持，打印机以及会议系统支持，了解企业服务器的基本部署

教育背景： 计算机科学，信息系统相关领域大专文凭及以上
