职位描述
工作内容：
1、负责公司服装订单的生产工作，监控生产的交期和质量；
2、制订和监督实施工作流程和管理制度；
3、确保生产按期、按质完成。就生产中出现的问题与相关部门和人员协调，提出解决办法；
4、开发工厂资源，进行合作工厂的评估与管理。
要求：
1、有生产管理背景，纺织、服装工程等相关专业，生产总经理同等岗位工作经验5年以上；
2、熟悉服装生产流程，精通服装工艺；
3、熟悉各类服装生产厂/公司，绣花厂，面料公司等配套工程，具有良好的供应商资源；
4、具备团队建设及管理经验能力；
5、为人正直，诚恳，能吃苦耐劳，可以承受工作压力，有长远的工作目标；
6、工作有条理，具备管理知识与良好的人际关系处理能力。
