Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责

？ Shop sales, customer service and store supervision

？ 店铺销售，客户服务和店铺监督。

？ Run shop daily operations including customer orders processing & fulfillment, stock taking, reporting, stock ordering and replenishment

？ 店铺日常运营：客户订单的处理和执行，库存盘点，报告，订货和补货。

？ Answering shop phone with professional phone etiquette

？ 专业的电话礼仪。

？ Opening and closing duties

？ 开门和打样的职责。

？ Ensure shop is clean and presented in a professional, customer friendly atmosphere including, visual merchandising, cleaning, sweeping and dusting

？ 确保店内整洁并且专业化，带给顾客亲切友好的氛围：视觉陈列，清洗，清扫和除尘。

？ Monthly event assistance

？ 协助每月的活动。

？ Researching & other miscellaneous activities

？ 调研和另外一些活动。

？ Lifting, moving & carrying boxes of up to 15kilos

？ 能抬起，移动和搬运重达15kg的盒子。

Qualification & Experience Needed / 所需专业技能和工作经验

Education / 学历背景:

？ High school graduate

？ 高中毕业

？ Prefer B.A. degree

？ 大学毕业优先

Experience / 工作经验:

？ 2+ working experience in retail sales

？ 二年以上在零售业的工作经验

Knowledge / 专业知识:

？ Basic understanding of wines or at least a keen interest

？ 基础的葡萄酒知识或者对葡萄酒有浓厚的兴趣。

？ Basic sales knowledge

？ 销售的基础知识。

Language / 语言应用:

？ Proficiency in English, focusing on speaking and listening skills, writing skills a plus.

？ 英语熟练，尤其在听和说上，写作佳者更好。

Computer / 计算机操作:

？ Basic proficiency of MS office and Mac skills

？ 基础的办公室软件运用

Others / 其他:
