主要职责：

1. 协助高级研发经理开发可分散环氧树脂或水性环氧分散或固化剂，包括合成、分析和应用性能测试、放大和技术支持；

2. 运行相关应用测试和试用；

3. 支持工厂解决产品质量问题；

4. 支持业务团队创新解决方案的创建和实施;

5. 提出新想法和准备项目提案,推动创新;

6. 符合EHS标准要求；

7.记录实验室测试报告；

8.保持知识产权意识 ,初始和支持知识产权申请。

任职要求：

1.硕士以上,主修化学，特别是材料科学,高分子科学等；

2.强烈的个人创造和创新愿望，提出新的解决方案，满足市场为满足的需求；

3.良好的实验室自我管理技能；

4.主动，积极，保持好奇心；

5.流利的英语。

Requirements: 

1.Assist senior R&D manager developing dispersible epoxy or waterborne epoxy dispersion or curing agent, including polymer synthesis, analysis polymer and application properties, scale-up and commercializing support;

2.Running related application test and trial;

3.Support  plant on product quality issues;

4.Support business team on innovation solution creation and implem entation;

5.Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and preparing project proposals；

6.Meeting the requirements of EHS standards;

7.Documentary on laboratory test reports;

8.Keep awareness of Intellectual Property, initial and support IP filing.

Responsibility:

1.Master degree or above, major in chemistry especially，polymer science, material science，deep knowledge on polymer science & polymerization;

2.Strong personal desire to creation and innovation to make new solution to satisfy the market unmet needs;3.Innovation experiences in university or industry;

3.Practical good laboratory self-management skills;

4.Taking initiative, positive and keep curiosity character;

5.Fluent in English.
