职位描述
高级算法交易师（证券系统）
职责：
1.开发面向国内市场的策略交易工具，进行量化交易系统和金融软件的开发；
2.基于自动化交易策略开发平台的搭建；
3.基于CTP的交易接口的开发，行情驱动策略平台开发；
4.股票/期货等量化交易业务全过程的控制欲管理（选股/择时策略构建，回溯测试，程序化交易，风险管理等）
5.负责或参与开发的产品有实盘测试
6.市场行情、数据分析
要求：
1.具有量化交易系统的开发经验，能够设计、指导开发量化交易系统的开发架构；
2.熟悉国内主要交易柜台系统（恒生，金证等）和行情数据库（万得，聚源等）；
3.熟悉股票/期货等量化交易业务的全过程（选股/择时策略构建，回溯测试，程序化交易，风险管理等）；
4.对量化交易的发展方向有自己的见解；
5.有实盘测试经验；
6.熟悉Java，c#，c++等开发语言；
7.较强的沟通能力、团队合作能力和抗压能力。
