个人能力
· 在跨国企业从事过3-5年IT支持服务相关工作
· 熟悉客户端/服务器架构，微软Windows企业级及桌面系统环境、企业局域网、虚拟化环境、Unix/Linux计算环境的部署及故障诊断
· 优秀的口语及书面沟通能力，具备良好的英语读写能力
· 能积极主动的配合不同IT团队完成工作，同时具备独立工作的能力
职责
· 企业电脑标准化装机镜像创建及系统性能评估
· 为高通本地用户提供相应的IT技术支持，解决用户的问题，致力于提高用户对IT服务的整体满意度
· 能积极配合国外相关IT部门对于诸如微软Windows系统，Unix/Linux环境，企业局域网，存储及电话系统等问题的支持
· 负责资产管理，技术文档整理，电脑软硬件故障支持，打印机以及会议系统支持，了解企业服务器，网络，存储等系统的基本部署 教育背景 计算机科学，信息系统相关领域本科文凭及以上
