• Represent EESE in launch forums such as start up, White board, Aims meeting, Hard rocks, EESE BPR/TDR, gateway report outs and other senior management reviews
• Project management of EESE LQOS deliverables as outlined in OKTP scorecard.
• Work closely LVEA EESE, CAF EESE, PD Launch, NMP, MFG, VoCF, Quality, other PMTs in support of builds/gateway delivery.
• Coordinate/Supervise a launch team focusing on build/gateway delivery through process expertise and“hands on" D&R assistance.
• Implementing a“data driven" approach to PD launch and use this data to pro-actively put actions in place to avoid issue/deliver on time (e.g. resource, prioritization, help required).
• Develop strong working relationships with cross functional and regional supporting teams (e.g. LVEA EESE, CAF PD, NMP, MFG, STA etc.).
• Lead resolution of key issues (process or design) as required in support of program delivery on time

Required Skills:

?Familiar with Biological electrochemical workstation or any other battery testing equipment

?Have hands-on experience on battery testing

?Basic knowledge about battery chemistry, battery structure, cell design and BMS.

?Good connections with Chinese battery companies, understand the battery market and have good understanding of the battery tech trends.

?Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

?Able to demonstrate ability to lead / direct team activities.

?Experience in effective decision making process (including business impact).

?Experience in leading project teams through the Automotive Design/Launch disciplines - preferred (GPDS/LQOS).

?Demonstrate ability to implement an analytical approach to project management.

?Demonstrate ability to implement a problem solving (6-sigma) approach to issues.

?Willing to travel domestically and oversea is a must.

?Nice personality and easy to work with, preferably with multi-cultural experience
