工作职责

1、主导商旅酒店各系统架构的设计和规划，根据公司业务及管理的需求，优化和完善各IT系统的基础架构； 2、制定商旅酒店系统基础架构的运作流程和政策，编制相关的技术架构文档； 3、参与商旅系统相关的IT项目计划、推进和实施； 4、理解商旅酒店各项业务流程，提供与业务紧密结合的商旅酒店系统解决方案； 5、作为技术专家，能分析并解决开发过程中遇到的各类问题，对团队成员进行指导，保证软件开发正常进行。

任职资格

1、985/211全日制高校本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程专业 2、5年以上IT研发工作经验，有2年以上大型企业IT系统研发管理经验，有B端系统或酒店行业经验优先； 3、精通JAVA、.NET后端技术栈，熟悉vue、react、nodejs等前端技术栈相关技术，精通系统及数据库的体系结构，熟悉大型IT应用系统的技术架构，精通MySQL数据库原理和使用，具备相关大规模IT系统的架构设计、性能调优、实施和运维经验； 4、具有高度的责任心、独立工作的能力并具备较强的分析、判断和解决问题的能力； 5、具有良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力、团队精神和服务意识，能带领团队不断突破创新。
