产品经理（侧重证券CRM系统）
职责描述：
1.负责证券管理软件产品（CRM系统、客户服务系统等）的设计和规划，与开发部门协作，不断完善改进产品，对产品线损益负责；
2.对产品的实施进行指导，完善交付方法；
3.数据库的开发与管理；
4.领导多人团队，指导团队成员不断成长。
要求
1.本科及以上学历，信息管理、计算机、软件、金融相关专业；
2.4~5年以上相关证券软件产品的系统设计、咨询、实施经验；
3.熟悉一种以上CRM软件产品；
4.有产品规划能力；
5.系统功能掌握、数据库、编程；
6.良好的沟通表达、组织协调能力，有团队管理能力；
7.负责任，不怕挑战，有领导力。
