       Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation. 

• Provide proactive resourcing advice and guidance to line managers.

• Develop and manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. 

• Update Regular Recruitment Tracking report as required

• Other Recruitment related operation 

   

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Minimum 2- 3 year’s recruitment experience with rich direct souring experience (corporate and agency experience preferred).

• Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.

• Good attention to details and can follow process.

• Be able to work well under high pressure.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
