• Assist manager to supervise the security team
• Set up/update security policy/procedure/rule
• Maintain security facility and keep running well
• Monitor and ensure implementation and maintenance of a security personnel training program
• Forwarder audit
• Employee background check
• Administer general and emergency communication systems to include management of the Security Control Room, where applicable, and entrance/exit operations
• Daily inspecting
• Incident investigate/report
• Monitor conformance of security officers/guards to security post orders (or contract expectations) through using of (KPI) key performance indicators
• Take time to plan work with the team, ensure the team identifies hazards and assesses risks, Seek and listen to EHS suggestions, concerns and ideas. Award and punish relevant EHS performance
• Report incidents, near-misses, unsafe conditions and sources of error promptly, be responsible for leading incident investigation
• To carry out/ take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.

任职要求：

- College or above education
- Security facility knowledge
- Above five years in security field
- Good English & computer skill, especially in security IT equipment
- Strong Communication skill
