Characteristics:

·Managing a storage area, ensuring the availability of the items stored there, as well as carrying out stock checks and stock corrections (permanent inventory).

·Checking incoming goods for damage, completeness and correctness as well as notifying the appropriate people about any differences and deviations, monitoring incoming goods bookings and delivery note filing according to valid specifications

·Ensuring the demand-based material supply of the in-house production divisions and of the other national plants, including the complete system-related shipping processing, preparation of the necessary shipping papers and the transportation of finished goods and sub-assemblies

·Monitoring all storage-relevant master data and storage types in the SAP system.

·Monitoring the execution of the work and checking the working methods and working procedures in use, involvement in the planning and design of the corresponding areas of work

·Monitoring and carrying out measures to meet the target requirements

·Dealing with transport damage in accordance with specifications

Requirements:

· Degree in Logistic or Supply chain or International Trading

· College degree or above, up to 3 years warehouse logistics management work experience

· 3-4 years experiences within a similar Western based industry but with a bias towards out-sourcing as opposed to in-house manufacture

· Have the good experience in warehouse management, better have the experience in goods loading plan

· Excellent communication and organisation skills

· Must be fluent in English and Mandarin

· Based In Taicang Bonded Warehouse, China.
