Key Responsibilities

1. Allocating the budget among TV/OTV/OTT with multi-screen tactical planning strategy.
2. Applying all possible buying tools to ensure the spot plans achieve the buying brief requirements and the optimization guidelines.
3. Consolidating the spot plans and post buy reports within deadline to develop the delivery summaries reports.
4. Keeping relationship with vendors in order to collect latest media information.                  

Competencies

1. At least 7 years proven TV/OTV/OTT experience of tactical planning position in media agency (4A agency is preferred).
2. Working experience with brand teams in FMCG industry is preferred.
3. Degree in marketing, advertising, mathematics preferred.
4. Good at English reading & writing.
