?          Perform AR collection and risk control, improve DSO and minimize bad debts

?          Analyze working capital and the categories of risk and customer

?          Maintain and update customer master files; assistant manager to review existing credit terms and limits regularly.

?          Control credit status and release deliveries according to approved credit terms, limit and Delegate of Authorization

?          Work with legal and external agents to follow up Bad debt collection, property investigation and lawsuit.

?          Provide update of collection action follow up report

?          Credit/cash/rebate orders checking and releasing for each business channel; Daily timing of cash recognition for each business channel

?          Competed required report timely, like AR aging report, bad debt provision report, etc.

?          Prepares and Maintains proper records and documentation on all Key customer account collection activities

?          Calculates and properly processes accounts receivable side of all netting arrangement

Communicates and cooperates with Global SSC, CS and Sales department

?          Bachelor’s degree with Major in Finance or Accounting

?          Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance

?          SAP systems experience and Excel skills

?          Good expression and writing skill in Chinese and English

?          Excellent interpersonal, communicational and negotiation skill

Excellent analytical logics skill
