岗位职责：

1、定期提供网站运营的分析报告，并提出分析与改进意见。
2、通过对网站数据/广告数据的监控，对网站设计、产品运营和网络营销提出专业分析意见。
3、负责产品业务数据的统计分析，根据业务需求，规划数据分析内容，对产品进行效果评测和研究，提交分析报告；
4、监测行业发展动向，收集行业资料，进行行业分析。
5、其他临时需求和目的，撰写项目研究方案。

任职要求：

1. 熟练使用PPT、EXCEL、WORD、Access 等Office软件和数据分析软件；有相关工作经验 ；
2. 据敏感，擅于发现、收集、甄别有价值的各类信息，具备良好的数据分析能力、思维逻辑能力、决策判断力；
3. 较强的自我学习能力，良好沟通表达和理解能力，具备快速的应变能力和良好的判断力，善于发现问题，并找到解决问题的途径；
4.踏实、热爱创新、富有激情，工作积极主动、有强烈的责任感；
5.大专以上学历

我们于2005年在上海成立上海天下粮仓米业有限公司，我们专注于大米的加工、销售。2006、2007、2008连续三年在上海粮食加工企业中产销量居首位。2008年末我们成功组建天下粮仓集团有限公司。旗下包括五家子公司，分别为天下粮仓谷物种植公司、天下粮仓能源科技有限公司、天下粮仓仓储管理有限公司、天下粮仓米业有限公司、天下粮仓市场营销有限公司。我们未来将向谷物的种植技术、生物质能源、营养强化等技术领域发展。

2008年我们在位于上海市一级的松江工业园区征地100亩，投资建设“30万吨富营养、高品质、多品种谷物加工中心”。该项目总投资为5.8亿元人民币，建筑面积56000平方米，被列为2008年国家重点项目，是全球规模最大的营养强化米加工基地。为中国千家万户的消费者提供营养、安全、新鲜、美味的主食。
In 2008, World Granary has the first phase covers an area of 100 acres has been located in A level industrial park in Songjiang, shanghai. This project builds up “300,000 tons of nutritional with high quality and variety of grain processing centre”. This investment cost 580 million RMB with 56,000 square meters building area. And this project has been listed as a key industry of Year 2008 National Comprehensive Agricultural Development Project. Also the world's largest nutrition rice processing base. World Granary Group provided nutritional, safe, fresh and delicious food for millions of Chinese family.
