Main Responsibilites:

1. Successfully drive projects through planning, development, engineering, and production phases of the project lifecycle.
2. Manage project scope, plan and deliverables and maintain communication between customers and Sales and technical team.
3. Analyze customer's needs, goals and requirements, definition of complex cost structure, project digital strategy, various designs and storyboarding tasks (interface, flow diagrams, functional specifications, definition, design and follow-up of KPI and success criteria, production follow-up, quality/UAT tasks, training (workshop, tutorials) of users, technical support, remote assistance.
4. Ensure quality and on time delivery of production articles.
5. Prepare Request for Quote and work on cost estimate.
6. Demonstrate knowledge on forecasting and value management.
7. Demonstrate in depth knowledge of client’s business, brand language and culture.
8. Develop and sustain excellent relationships with all client and supplier contacts.
9. Provide clear and timely solution oriented communication to suppliers and internal team.
10. Keep internal teams and suppliers informed at all times and provide answers to any project related questions.

Main requirements

1. Bachelor in computer science and/or management information system
2. At least 5 years Project Management experience in IT or Internet Industry, PMP is preferred.
3. Good command of oral and written English
4. Good command of MS-Project and Tableau etc.
5. Deadline driven and ability to work well under pressure
6. Good service sense, strong communication skills, team spirit and self-motivated
7. Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese
