- Work with local HRBP to check and consolidate plant’s master data changes and variable data and provide to vendor for calculation
- Work with ADP to confirm Payroll result
- Ensure plant’s documents meet company compliance requirements
- Check payroll result and prepare payment request; to follow finance GBS payment service schedule time
- Prepare monthly sample test for audit plants
- Calculate 13th salary according to China guideline and plant’s rules
- Provide payroll relevant reports as needed
- Prepare accrual report to finance GBS/ local finance team
- Prepare payroll report package for management team review and approval for each payroll cycle
- Maintain employee data (new hire, transaction, promotion, etc) in workday
- Collaborates with appropriate COEs, HRBPs, HRIS, or third parties to resolve complex inquiries or transactions
- Constantly seeks additional opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of individual and team work
- Complete other tasks assigned by HRBS Manager

任职要求：
1. Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent field preferred
2. Working experience: minimum 5 years’ payroll experience
2. Good computer management skills, especially EXCEL
3. Strong team work
4. Fluent in English both reading and writing
