- Indirect purchasing need to frequently handle contracts stamping, mailing and documentation activities
- Maintain system information regarding supplier code creation, documents collection and other routine operation in purchasing system
-Backup as supplier/user department contact for urgent activities
- Responsible for documentation management including contracts stamp, mailing and categorization
- Take care of supplier information creation and maintenance in supplier portal
- Support sourcing activities for new projects
- Activate requests
