岗位职责:

？ 制订生产部各岗位人员的培训发展要素和标准。
Develop training development elements and standard for people of all posts in the Production Department.
？ 通过各种方式发现并收集生产部专业培训需求，特别是在生产部的项目、事故和改进等生产活动中发现和收集关键培训需求。
Find and collect professional training needs in the Production Department through various modes, especially find and collect key training needs in production activities such as Production projects, accidents and improvement projects.
？ 根据需求制订相应的培训计划并执行，对培训项目进行跟踪，并评估培训效果。
Generate relevant training plan and implement as per demands, track training projects and assess training effect.
？ 寻找和管理行业和供应商中的培训资源，并不断评估其效果，使其更趋向优质化。
Find and manage training resources in industry and suppliers, and constantly assess its results, to allow it to go ahead towards optimization.
？ 管理和协调生产部各工厂（团队）培训联络员的业务工作。
Manage and coordinate business work of training liaison people of all plants (teams) in the Production Department.
？ 指导对口培训师的教学工作，使课程能够不断持续改进。
Coach teaching work for responsible trainers, so as to achieve CI of the courses.
？ 不断研究行业、地方政府和国家机构的强制性培训政策，评估其对赛科生产经营活动的影响。
Constantly study mandatory training policies of industry, local government and national institutions, assess its impact on SECCO production and operation activities.
？ 与各部门合作，安排合理的培训，组织开展操作岗位人员的上岗考核及复训考核，使人员能够达到必要的资质要求。
Cooperate with various departments; arrange reasonable trainings, organize to carry out operation post people’s on-the-job assessment and re-training assessment, so that people can reach essential qualification.
？ 与专利供货商以及设计商保持密切联系，对生产装置OTS仿真器的功能模块实施培训。
Keep close contact with patent providers and design providers, conduct training of functional modules of OTS simulator of production units.
？ 负责行业内的实习联络工作和外来实习人员的安排。
Be responsible for arrangements of internship liaison in the industry and external internship.
？ 为建立网络学习做好资料搜集及筛选。
Conduct material collection and screening for establishment of web-based learning.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other assignments from superior managers.

任职资格:

？ 大学本科及以上学历。
Bachelor degree or above.
？ 5年以上工作经验，具备石油化工行业操作岗位员工专业技术培训和技能考核的工作经验，有OTS仿真器、SAP经验优先。
Over 5 years working experience, experience in professional and technical training and skill assessment of operators in petrochemical industry, OTS simulator and SAP experience is preferred.
？ 工作细心、注重细节，并有较强的组织协调能力、分析能力和团队精神。
Work carefully, pay attention to details, and have strong organization and coordination ability, analysis ability and team spirit.
？ 善于交流并英语良好，具备财务知识优先。
Good communication and English skills, good finance knowledge is preferred.
？ 须精通EXCEL，WORD及POWERPOINT。
Good computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
