职位描述
Position Summary
The job incumbent mainly focuses on developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for UPI overseas branches. The role is responsible for providing a full range of recruiting services to the business, while delivering a best in class candidate experience.
Position Responsibilities
1. Foster good relationship with key business stakeholders with a strong service-oriented mindset.
2. Manage and optimize existing recruitment channels including professional recruitment firms, online job ads, and other sources to maximize returns.
3. Ensure a high quality of delivery in completing challenging recruitment assignments across continents.
4. Be professional and cultural sensitive in candidate communication, and demonstrate UPI’s branding image as a global employer.
5. Stay abreast of market practices and trends, and advise on recruitment methods and tools, ensuring the best practices is upheld across the business.
6. Ensure all recruiting activities within the span of control is consistent and compliant with UPI policies and processes.
7. Administrate application tracking database and ensure the accuracy of recruiting data.
8. Act as point of contact for employees of UPI international offices to engage in employment relationship activities, including but not limited labor contract management, labor disputes, engagement programs or exit process etc.
工作职责:
该岗位主要负责银联国际境外分支机构的招聘与配置工作,主要包括以下方面:
1、建立健全公司招聘配置管理体系,完善招聘配置相关流程优化;
2、负责编制公司人员计划,组织开展全球招聘工作;
3、负责招聘渠道管理,包括评估、引进及后续管理;
4、负责实施招聘全流程,包括面试、测评和入职跟进等,并对招聘效果进行评估。
Position Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 5 years or above HR experiences with recruiting as a major focus from a MNC environment; Applications from professional recruitment firms are also welcome.
3. A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
4. A team player with a high degree of flexibility to effectively deal with ambiguity .
5. Both Chinese and English language proficiency.
任职要求:
1、全日制本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理等专业优先;
2、具备5年以上跨国公司、大中型企业或知名猎头公司的招聘相关工作经验;
3、认真负责,结果导向,具备较强的沟通协调能力及抗压能力;
4、中英文听说读写能力佳。
