Responsibilities:

• Collate, analyze and document user requirements. Conduct feasibility analysis from business as well as system point of view. Recommend different solutions based on different requirements.

• To work with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate the business vision, to envision initial requirements, and to scope the project;

• To act as the bridge of stakeholders and delivery team/vendors. Ensure the final deliverables fulfill user requirements.
• Responsible for project end to end delivery. Include but not limit to requirement management, priority, UAT plan & conduction and user training.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of project and governance processes

Requirements:

• 8 years above business analysis experience or related experience
• Good banking knowledge. Strong knowledge in Trade Business will be an advantage
• Familiar with project management in both Waterfall and Agile model
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Analytical, lateral thinker and result-oriented person with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
