Duties & Responsibilities

    

• Drive strategy regarding full cycle of training and development for key positions in CPS China.
• Leads the design and implementation of sales product knowledge and selling skills training programs for the sales & marketing team.
• Facilitate innovative, interactive training designed for immediate application based selling in the field both in the classroom setting and large group formats, such as business conference, sales workshop and etc.
• Directs ongoing training requirements and objectives for the key positions. Ensures timely updates to courses’ curriculum to reflect changes in business development, product offerings and market demands.
• Continuously analyze team performance of the key positions to evaluate effectiveness of training and design follow-up programs as needed, working closely with the leadership team in China.
• Serves as subject matter expert related to the training best practices in the testing, inspection & certification industry and incorporates into the training strategies and programs for the key positions in China.

                            

    

Job Requirements

    

·         Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, organizational development or related disciplines; Master’s preferred.

    

·         5+ years of HR experience specialized in training & development, and 6+ solid experience in HR field.

    

·         Must be a team player with strong people skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organization and ensure programs are relevant and aligned to business growth and development.

    

·         Demonstrated experience in program development, planning and facilitation, assessment and consulting skills.

    

·         Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and non-verbal) in Chinese and English.

    

·         Solid project management experience is preferred.
