资深项目经理

要求：

1. 工作态度积极

2. 做项目预算，准备项目计划并监督项目按要求顺利进行。

3. 与工程部协调以确保工程符合设计的要求。

4. 配合项目组的工作以确保文件及时完成提交.

5. 处理好与业主的关系。

6. 管理项目流程。

7. 参与项目增加公司简介和开发市场的机会。

8. 在室内设计和建筑行业保持跟上当前的发展、趋势和实践。在适当的时候向团队成员和管理者传递信息。

教育要求和工作经验

1. 持有室内设计或项目经理文凭。

2. 至少10年以上管理中大型项目经验。

技能，知识和能力要求

1. 熟悉设计行业 – 商业和工业

2. 了解与室内设计相关的材料，家具和施工方式

3. 熟知工程图

4. 了解建筑体系和当地法规

5. 使用AutoCAD

6. 熟悉Microsoft Office 和Microsoft Project.

7. 在计划和项目预算内有按优先次序处理不同职责的能力

8. 有能力监督，领导和建立团队

9. 沟通能力强。

10. 良好的人际交往能力。

Steven Leach Group was established in 1972 and now we have 10 offices in 9 countries with a reputation of being one of the leading international design firms in Asia. Our Shanghai office is fast growing and is looking for potential team-mates who are keen to develop their career with an expressive and stable design firm. This office provides professional services to a variety of clients in the hospitality and high-end residential projects.
Now we are looking to hire another Senior Project Manager in Shanghai office.
Requirments:


Positive Attitude - Essential
Able to work and contribute in a team environment
Establish budget, prepare project schedules and monitor adherence to terms.
Coordinate engineering work to ensure compliance with the design concept.
Coordinate project teams' work to ensure timely and complete submission of documents.
Manage client relationships.
Conducts project tours internally.
Participates in industry organization to increase firm's profile and to develop marketing opportunities.
Stays abreast of current developments, trends and practices within the interior design and construction industries. Pass information, as appropriate, to team members and management.


Required Education & Work Experience
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Project Management
A minimum of 10 years working experience in coordination/project management of medium to large scale interior fit out


Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities


Good knowledge of the design industry – commercial & corporate
Widespread knowledge of materials, furnishings and construction methods related to interior design.
Good knowledge of construction drawings
Good knowledge of building systems and local codes
Basic AutoCAD skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Ability to prioritize and manage diverse responsibilities within the schedule and project budget.
Have the skills to supervise, lead and team build.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills
