岗位职责：

1、 策划赛事整体内容方案（脚本撰写、拍摄计划、后期监督等）；

2、 根据赛事主题协助制定赛事整体视觉设计（赛事KV、舞美设计、大屏素材、直播包装等）；

3、 指导拍摄现场各部门工作（灯光、剧务、演员、摄像、录音等）；

4、 监督赛事内容的输出过程，将审核中发现的内容安全风险、平台问题或优化建议及时汇报给上级。

任职要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，编导、导演、编剧、新闻、影视等传媒类专业优先；

2、 有英语沟通能力或跨国项目经验者优先；

3、 3年以上内容制作或大型活动工作经验，有各大卫视、节目制作公司、视频平台、大型演唱会、电竞赛事工作经验者优先；

4、 熟悉大型活动各岗位的工作流程，能够组织引导各部门协同合作；

5、 熟悉平面、舞美、灯光等设计趋势，能够主导策划整体视觉内容者优先；

6、 有良好的团队协作和跨部门沟通能力，较强的语言表达以及理解能力，善于协调资源以及较强的项目推进能力；

7、 了解市面流行的电竞游戏项目（如MOBA类、FPS类、吃鸡类、体育类等），热爱文学、电影、音乐、游戏者优先；

8、 有较强的抗压能力和责任心，能接受出差和上班时间根据赛事灵活安排。

Content Director Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Plan the content of event (including writing script, shooting schedule, overseeing postproduction and so on.)

2. Assist in making the visual design based on the theme of event (including Key Visual, stage design, stage effect material, package and overlay, etc.)

3. Manage and coordinate every department on site (including lighting staff, stage managers, actors, cameramen, recording staff and so on)

4. Oversee the procedure of producing event content. Submit the risk of content, as well as problems or suggestions for improvement of the platform to the superior in time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in media including directing, scriptwriting, journalism or major relevant to the film and television is preferred.

2. Ability to speak English or experience in transnational projects is preferred.

3. 3 years or above of experience in content producing or working in large scale events. Experience in tv station, program production company, video platform, large scale concert or eSports event is preferred.

4. Familiar with the workflow of every department in large scale event. Able to manage and organize every department to corporate with each other.

5. Familiar with the current trend of graphic design, stage design and lighting. Ability to lead the planning of visual content is preferred.

6. Know how to do teamwork and communicate across departments. Good verbal expression and comprehension. Good at coordinating resources and pushing the project forward.

7. Familiar with the popular eSports events (including MOBA, FPS, Battle Royale, SPT and so on). Prefer people who love literature, film, music and games.

8. Able to cope with stress. Responsible. Acceptance of going on a business trip and changing working time according to the event.
