岗位职责:

1、 根据赛程赛制制定赛事直转播技术方案（机位、数据、OB、回放、赛事解说评论等）；

2、 根据项目要求完成镜头设计；

3、 直转播过程中保证节目画面切换的质量及视频信号画面的稳定；

4、 制作直播突发状况预案，监控播出设备的状态，确保内容安全播出。

任职要求：

1、 3年以上导播相关工作经验，有游戏导播经验、摄像基础者优先；

2、 有英语沟通能力或跨国项目经验者优先；

3、 熟悉直转播制作流程，精通演播室常用设备的使用及维护；

4、 熟练掌握使用BMD、FOR-A、ROSS等切台；

5、 对转播系统有一定了解，有良好的镜头审美和基础的镜头语言组织能力；

6、 有良好的抗压能力，团队合作沟通能力；

7、 热爱游戏，热爱电竞事业，熟悉当前电竞行业主流游戏和相关赛事者优先；

8、 能吃苦耐劳、爱岗敬业，有良好的工作态度和习惯。

Instructor in Broadcasting Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate the broadcasting technology plan according to the match schedule and format (including camera position, statistics, Observer, replay, commentary and so on.)

2. Finish the shooting script and plan according to the requirements of project.

3. Ensure the quality of picture switching and the stability of video signal during the broadcasting.

4. Formulate the live streaming emergency plan, monitor the status of broadcasting equipment and ensure the successful broadcasting of content.

Requirements:

1. 3 years or above of experience of working as an instructor in broadcasting. Experience in broadcasting games and basic knowledge of photography is preferred.

2. Ability to speak English or experience in transnational projects is preferred.

3. Familiar with the procedure of broadcasting and the maintenance of common equipment in studios.

4. Proficient in using switchboard such as BMD, FOR-A, Ross and so on.

5. Familiar with the broadcasting system. Good aesthetic judgment and ability of formulating shooting script and plan.

6. Able to cope with stress. Know how to do teamwork and communicate with teammates.

7. Prefer people who love playing games and eSports, and who are familiar with the current mainstream games and eSports events.

8. Hard-working. Committed. Good working attitude and habits.
