ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The employee will work with account team to provide both technical & quality support to our customers located in Hefei.

• It’s desired that the employee has HDD/SSD based knowledge, team-work spirit and fluent English skill in both writing and speaking.

• The employee should be capable to handle the pressure, manage the customer sentiment,handle the technical issues independently.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience

• Familiar with different operating system on embedded system, e.g. Windows 8, Linux or others

• Experience in C/C++ language programming and corresponding tools

• Strong customer relationship management skills and report writing.

• Cooperative and self-motivated.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills on storage product hardware/software issues

• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English and team work spirit

• Be able to handle multiple tasks

• Quick learning and excellent self-learning capability
