此职位为10个月短期合同员工，在短期合同期内按照劳动法缴纳社保。

职位内容：

1. 翻译整理全英文查货资料给QC质检员。

1. Prepare and translate full English inspection files to QC.

2.日常与公司业务英文邮件或电话沟通，跟进出货进度，如QC查货遇到的品质交期问题，协调解决问题并安排QC的查货时间表。

2. Daily English email/Telephone communication with HK merchandisers team, follow up the shipment status, discuss with HK if QC have any problems related to quality & delivery during the inspection, solve the problem with factory and arrange QC inspection as per supplier’s production schedule.

3.负责直接和供应商联系，并定期发送QC质检报告。

3. contact with suppliers directly and send the QC inspection reports to HK timely.

4.负责部分办公室的行政工作。
