JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To provide sales administrative support to Sales team.

2. To coordinate between internal parties to ensure timely delivery & payment.             

3. To maintain data management systems for regular sales management reporting (sell out/ KPI).

4. Liaise with Logistic team for on time delivery & delivery status update. Short-shipment, wrong shipment & defective follow up. Credit note issue confirmation with logistic team. Liaise with Logistic team for payment confirmation before shipment release

5. Liaise with marketing team with weekly update on press cover / product placement. Marketing materials payment follows up

 Languages Skills  ：Chinese (Mandarin)、  English
