ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain good relationship with customer by helping them resolving technical issues;

• Support customer on qualification and sustaining activities;

• Support WD and customer's collaborative projects

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in HDD/SSD field application or related exposure

• Have intensive knowledge of HDD/SSD or data storage product relevant experience prefer

• Familiar with different operating system on embedded system, e.g. Windows 8, Linux or others

• Experience in C/C++ language programming and corresponding tools

• Strong technical knowledge of storage interfaces: SAS, SATA, NVMe,etc

• Skilled in using Oscillograph or logical analyzer

• Strong customer relationship management skills and report writing.

• Cooperative and self-motivated.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills on storage product hardware/software issues

• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English and team work spirit

• Be able to handle multiple tasks

• Quick learning and excellent self-learning capability

• Frequent travel in mainland China to support customers are required
