岗位职责：

1.遵守公司规章制度；

Obey the company regulations;

2.制定并组织实施本部门年度工作计划；

Formulate and organize the annual working plan of department;  

3.按照GMP规范体系的要求组织开展部门工作；

Organize department working contents according to the GMP requirements;   

4.负责本部门的日常计量管理工作，包括建立台帐、内业存档等   

Responsible for the daily measurement and management of the department, including the establishment of the account the internal industry archive, etc;  

5.负责监督检查部门计量器具的使用状态及维护保养工作，每季度对部门的计量器具抽查一次;  

To supervise and inspect the usage status and maintenance of the measuring instruments of the department, and check the measuring instruments of the department every quarter;  

6.按时报送计量站布置的各种统计报表。

Submit the statistics report on time;    

7.负责对部门中外协单位的计量器具技术资料的存档工作。

To be responsible for the archiving work of the technical data of measuring instruments in the department;    

8.支持与协调本部门与其他部门之间的工作；

Support and coordinate the department business with other departments;   

9.负责将到期的计量器具按计量站下发的送检通知要求，按时送至计量站;

To be responsible for sending the expired measuring instruments to the measurement station on time;    

10.负责部门计量器具的申购工作，填好计量器具购置申请表，上报计量站审批。   

Be responsible for the requisition of the department’s measuring instruments, fill in the application form for measuring instruments and submit the approval of the measurement station;  

11.完成上级领导交办的其它工作。   

Finish the other jobs assigned by supervisor.

任职要求：

1.具备机械、仪表、机电一体化、制药工程类本科及以上教育背景，从事相关工作2年以上，熟悉GMP/cGMP/欧盟GMP等法规；   

With the education background of medicine or relevant major of bachelor or above, with more than 2 years related working experience, familiar with the GMP/cGMP/EU GMP regulations;  

2.上岗前各项考核（健康状况、培训）合格； 

Pass the all examinations before onto job(healthy situation , training);    

3.熟悉统计软件的使用；    

Familiar with the usage of statistical software;    

4.英语读写能力良好。

With good English reading and writing ability.
