Duties and Responsibilities

    

1, Requires a complete and thorough understanding of ServiceMax or Oracle, workflow and department procedures.

    

2, Direct processes customer orders and responsible for order follow-up request.

    

3, Responds in a timely and appreciate manner to customer inquiries and proactively to solve customer issues

    

4, Coordinate with Field Service Engineers, Sales team, Finance Team on order process, act as liaison between operation team and commercial team. International Trading & Logistics knowledge is essential.

    

5, Perform daily work according to company compliance policy and regulations.

    

6, Pre-sales Authorization letter or After-sales shipping documentation preparation.

    

8. Reporting as of Weekly/Monthly sales performance, Prom Product data analysis, etc.

    

7, Other duties as assigned.

    

    

    

Skills Required

    

1, Bachelor degree with at least 2 year Sales Admin/Order Management experience in MNC

    

2, Good English communication skills especially written English

    

3, Good Computer and analytical skills, professional word and excel skills

    

4, Able to work under pressure with urgency

    

5, Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

    

6, High integrity, well organized, willing to learn new things

*This position is a 8-months contractor, have chance to transfer to regular worker
