Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit the external reports according to the requirements of  regulators and other parties

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of regulatory reporting through proper coordination with various functions/departments;

• Coordinate/Work across with other functions for various regulatory requirements, e.g. actuarial, investment, sales channels, tax & treasury, etc.

• Prepare ad hoc reports per requirements for external third parties/other functions  use;

• Prepare financial analysis and assist branches (LBUs) in report delivery and data analysis;

• Provide required information and documents to internal auditors and respond to their queries;

• Assist in preparing annual audit report, including major tables (B.S & P.L) and corresponding disclosures;

• Any other adhoc work as required;

   

  Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or above with major in Finance or Accounting, CPA or ACCA is preferential;

• At least 2 years experience in finance or accounting field;

• Ability to work under pressure and good adaptability to changes in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;

• Strong coordination & organizing skills, deal well with interpersonal relationship;

• Articulate in both written and verbal communication in English and mandarin;

• Good PC applications skills and knowledge;
