Liebherr-Aerospace introduction:
In the Aerospace domain, Liebherr supplies aircraft air management, flight control and actuation systems, hydraulic and landing gears systems. Our systems are on board of many aircraft programs: Commercial transport aircraft, commuter and regional aircraft, business jets, fighters, military transport, trainer aircraft as well as civil and military helicopters.
Aircraft are equipped with several systems that process and accommodate air through all usages needed aboard. Among those systems are to be found in particular for air management:
Engine bleed air
Air conditioning
Cabin pressure control
Ventilation control
Wing and nacelle anti-ice
Additional cooling of avionics, galleys and hydraulics
Humidification and dryer
Key Accountabilities主要职责:
1. Promote and sell Liebherr-Aerospace spare parts and repair services
2. Present sales targets and budgets in cooperation with the management
3. Analyze sales results, ensure profitability, and create sales reports
4. Prepare business review presentations to Customers;
5. Visit Customers regularly, build-up and maintain strong relationship with Customers
6. Communicate with Customers and understand specific needs and expectations and feedback with the Customer Service Sales Administration
7. Respond rapidly to Customer inquiries, relay information and properly document the correspondence
8. Collect market information, perform detailed research, review business opportunities and anticipate potential Customer Service demand
9. Analyze monthly sales and payment performances
10. Issue periodic report on competitors’ development (products or services)
11. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Service Director
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求
Bachelor degree or above;
Major in Business Administration, Trading, Marketing, Aviation engineering or comparable professional field;
At least 6 years’ experience in sales / customer services at airline operations, MRO business, airframer (e.g. vendor monitoring)
Ability to explore and understand customers’ expectations and requirements;
Knowledge about airline logistics, customs and foreign trade terms
Be familiar with aviation components, parts trading, MRO organizations
Be familiar with marketing of aviation services and parts in China
Fluent Chinese and English (read/ written/ spoken) is a must;
