· Works closely with ICS China Sales team on developing and growing active ingredients’ (AI) sales in the region. Provides regular training to the sales team on new product value propositions, features, performance data, applications, market trends, and competitor differentiation.

    

· In conjunction with department, manages AI distributors by setting sales targets, providing training, pricing guidelines and other sales development assistance.

    

· Visits customers to assist with product launches, sales pitches, trend setting presentations, and market intelligence gathering.
