工作内容：

1. Assess and analyze business strategy, business requirements, current state environment and technology choices to provide end to end technical solution alternatives that meet business sponsor needs.
2. Design and develop infrastructure interfaces for complex business applications. Contribute ideas for improvements in DevOps practices, delivering innovation through automation.
3. Acts as the lead technical authority on the program and is responsible for provide SID(solution infrastructure Design)
4. Write and maintain standards documentation
5. Proactively assess new processes, technologies & platform management to meet escalating business demands
6. As a member of China Architecture Review Board, provide valued comments from infrastructure technical perspective.
7. Other any jobs assigned by supervisor

1. Bachelor degree with computer science and related major, Master is a plus
2. 12+ Years working experience with related experience in DevOps area.
3. Abilities & Knowledge

• Good programmer and knowledge of a wide variety of open source technologies and tools.
• Understands and can articulate the technical merits and value of Cloud computing
• Experience in enterprise applications, solutions and data center infrastructures
• highly motivated and eager to learn new technologies with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent speaking, writing and reading English.

原联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司于2005年8月10日在上海正式成立，公司注册资本5亿元人民币（08年追加到7亿元人民币），由上海联和投资有限公司和美国大都会集团下属公司各持50%股份组建而成。
上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
